Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. During this 3 hour class you will learn the how-to’s in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Topics covered include; nutrition and exercise during pregnancy, what to expect, emotions of pregnancy, mental preparation, etc. Workbook included and refreshments will be served.
